Monty Wooley is Cool

(5 stars)

I have loved Monty Wooley since I first saw him in "The Bishop's Wife" He has a fantastic voice. The shows are great comedy. BUT, many later episodes are reworked earlier episodes. Which, of course, is disappointing. Anne Seymour, who plays his wife, has such a wonderful voice. It is the voice of an angel in a stapless shimmering gown! The tales are witty, the humor is often cutting, and, well, geez, you just have to listen yourself!

This one was nightkeyed to death well before my set went in

This show is 510623 Culture in Brooklyn... Agnes opens with "Summertime" in this one... The 510420 Shakespeare on the Radio episode does exist...but I haven't found an accurate file to this date...
