Great examples of late 30's variety show in Hi-Fi

These two programs are great examples of the variety show format of the late 30s recorded on lacquer discs to near Hi-Fi quality. Comedy routine, dramatic sketch, Rudy's crooning, interview of famous people like Joe DiMaggio. Topical commentary makes it a great 1938 history lesson. The only severe flaw is that the commercials were edited out. Lore has it that Rudy saw this as a way of saving the recording charge of one disc side; but I've never checked the validity of this.

The Royal Gelatin Hour was a suburb variety Show! Why wasn't there more of them in the Archives?.. I Loved Judy Canova but the one I am looking for of Judy is from 380526..Hope someone has it!!!!
