AngelEyes, I'm so glad that you enjoyed the story enough to listen more than once. That's a very nice compliment. Thank you. Regarding your very astute questions: Catrin's nails did grow back. Her skin is whole and not scarred but is never quite the same again. It's sort of cracked ...

Utterly addictive!

(5 stars)

With the first book you get caught up not picking the authors reading ability & star to hate the main character due to her weak, scared & constant crying stance but it's a good story so you tuff it out, then you find yourself anxiously looking for the second book by the third one you are hopelessly addicted. An excellent example of up & coming authors that have abundant talent & creativity, also the wherewithal to have a audio book which is crucial because the of us who don't have enough hours in the day to read the series get to listen to it at work & become transported to the world that he so expertly describes

Loved it!

(5 stars)

Thank you for giving me an audio story that truly pulled me in and gave me hours of enjoyment. I came to love many of the characters, their journeys, and your storytelling which became as familiar as the characters. As a huge fan of serial type stories, the last book, Dragon Ore, was impossible to put away for later and was run to completion into the wee hours of the night. Thank you for a unique story and I look forward to a continued journey for the characters and the storyteller.

I really enjoyed this book Brian Rathbone has a nice voice to listen to not like some readers of books that I have listened to the story leads you through an adventure as good as any I have read I would love to see this done as a movie I think the way Brian describes the settings and things that happen would make for a good cinematic film well done Brian keep them coming I look forward to our next adventure Together

Two thumbs up

(5 stars)

I guess this book two thumbs up. It was well written and even better read. Brian does a great job at reading the material. I don't need to point out any shortcomings I'm sure he's already seen them in his book. but all books has some limitations. Ryan shows great promise and can only get better with time and practice. I look forward to buying his next book.

I look forward to when I can get the rest of the books you have written this trilogy has been what I've listened to for a few months now when I'm working or in school im always finding little details I missed the first time I listened to them you have a very rhythmic voice Brian and i am happy to listen to them.

I've just finished the entire trilogy, I gave to say as an avid listener to adio books few authors can keep my attention hostage to the book like this one! in fact, in the last 4 years of listening an average of 25hrs a week I have never had one author regardless different books keep me so entertained. WONDERFULLY REFRESHING
