Wonderful Stories

(5 stars)

These stories greatly enhance the Anne of Green Gables novels and make their world more real; also, they are excellent stories on their own as well. “Old Lady Lloyd" might just be the most beautiful and moving short story I have ever heard. The reader did a fantastic job narrating and I hope she continues her great work!

Another great book by L.M Montgomery, I love the imagination of the book and how it captivates many young hearts who read it. The only tiny thing that could have been improved was that the transition between the short stories could have been done more fluently instead of having it stop and start abruptly which when using it to get to sleep is distracting

funny and sweet!

If you like l m Montgomery, then this is the book for you!! Wholesome and sweet, sad and hilarious by turns, my favorites were 'the hurrying of ludovic' and 'the quarantine at Alexander Abrams'. This reader is awesome! Her and Karen Savage are my total favorites! Enjoy!😀

Funny, heartwarming stories from Avonlea. They bring you back to Anne's world with new characters and their stories. The Quarantine at Alexander Abraham's was so funny and sweet, and Old Lady Lloyd in particular is an incredibly beautiful story in its own right. Thank you to the reader. :)

These stories will make you laugh and cry!
