Great thanks to Betty B for the excellent reading of these very entertaining books! They are such a fascinating look into what the world and its people were like a hundred years ago, while also equally as much an insight into the values and prejudices of westerners at the time - and what they taught their kids about the world back then!

I love listening to this at night after I turn out the light. I don't remember enough to piece the narrative together but there are lovely details scattered throughout that keep me awake longer than I probably should be. Thank you Betty B
