Reviews

a soap opera!

(4 stars)

Took a few chapters to get intrigued by the story. Some readers were excellent. One problem with multiple readers is they pronounce the names of some of the characters differently, and you end up wondering, “Who?” The lawyer’s was one of those names that had several different pronunciations.

Enjoyable story with interesting twists and turns. Thank you, Readers.

NEATLY WRAPPED

(5 stars)

Hume continues his roller coaster hints and clues. As always, we readers guess in vain. It is all great fun. The only disappointment was that poor George never did find gainful employment. (We should all be so lucky.)

Convoluted

(3 stars)

Starts out slowly, and the motivations of some of the characters are...peculiar. Not Hume's best mystery.
