In 1611 the English language was as pure as it will ever be ! GOD warns against adding to ( amplified) or taking away (NKJV,NIV .etc) in the beginning the middle and the strongest warning the end of the Bible ( King James Bible) Christ is recorded plain old good English saying that those who pervert His WORDS lose their part in heaven. So then GOD parted the Red Sea and walked on water. In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was GOD. Psalm 138:2- magnify Thy WORD above Thy whole name.
