William John Locke
Read by Simon Evers
The novel centres around four people: Gerard and Irene Merriam, their inseparable friend Hugh Colman who once saved Gerard’s life, and Minna, a Jewess. Reviews
Just Jane
Simon Evers is a delightful reader! The story had several twist and turns. I enjoyed it up till the ending conclusions. I believe the redemption comes not in the woman but rather in her willingness to forgive. As humans we are all fallen. We all need forgiveness and we all need saving.

Wonderfully read as always by SE, although all of the main characters' choices that get them into their respective messes are utterly ridiculous and unbelievable for anyone with common sense. Perhaps that's the point.
Beautiful Story, Beautifully Told
Scott in Sandy Eggo
This intriguing story with twists and turns delves deep into the human psyche at both ends of the spectrum. The incredible combination of Simon Evers and WJ Locke once again stirs the imagination in ways that are quite unusual for similar works. Reminiscent of 19th Russian Literature. Thank you Mr. Evers for another wonderful contribution to your treasured collection of readings which are, in this listeners opinion, a world treasure.
