Reviews

Such a lovely heartwarming story! The reader is superb and the second installment of what happened with the five children was so very much fun that we had to buy a hardcopy after listening to this.

Excellent story, beautifully read. I highly recommend this for adults and children of all ages. This is the second book in a trilogy. The first book was disappointing. Looking forward to the third book.
Second book of the Psammead trilogy

Helen Taylor does is an outstanding narrator. Her pleasant voice and beautifully spoken RP English elucidated this charming story.

great story and phenomenal fabulous reader who manages to assume there is accidents and Persona of the different characters in the story!
a very good story for children and for grownups with the hearts

Another fine, fine reader

I rarely read children's fiction. As far as I'm concerned, Hogwarts is a matter for the veterinarian. However, seeing good reviews for this reader, I made an exception - an am delighted I did! Helen is a gifted voice talent who (if she chose) could make a career of it. It's to be hoped she plans many more solo reads for LibriVox.

Helen Taylor has such a beautiful reading voice and style! And the fact that she obviously knows French as the section where they go to France has accurate accents :) Thank you!!
