I Enjoyed This But...

Thank you Annie! So well read! There is a bit of the "you name it, you claim it" type of faith here, but on the other hand, it's lovely to read about pure, unfaltering faith AND a happy ending. We need more of that these days!

Loved all four of the “Philura” books and the reader was absolutely wonderful. I hope you narrate more books, annie70!

Delightful!

There is a lot in the mere two chapters of this story which is exceptionally read by Anne. I adored Miss Philura and am listening to the next part of her story read by the same narrator, "Miss Philura's Wedding Gown". Thank you Anne and thank you LibriVox!

A very fun story of Faith.

A very fun story of faith, romance and trusting God even when those around us are unkind. Excellently read by the reader, annie70. I enjoy a book so much more when it is read by a single reader.

This is a pleasant story entailing a surprising (but rarely talked about truth) and its application by our humble heroine of the story. The reader will delight seeing how God works when Miss Philura decides to take God’s Word and walk in faith.

Pure faith manifested in a precious tale.

May, 2020 "Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your ❤. " Psalm 37:4 one of my favorite series: author and reader were made for one another.

Nice story

and excellent reading. What a relief after too many readers that torment both the language and the listeners!
