So-So

(3 Sterne)

Not one of Fergus Hume's best stories. I found the characters to be under developed, acting one way in certain circumstances, and the opposite of what I would expect in others. The heroine was weak, going off into fits of hysterics and fainting at the drop of a hat. I started listening with high expectations, but was soon disappointed. 2 1/2 stars.

It's a pleasure to spend time listening to Celine, even if the book is only so-so, as is the case here. But good to relax to.
