Misdated Shows

450313 Island of the Dead is really 41-12-07 Island of Death (complete with Pearl Harbor news) 450403 (222) The Meek Die Slow is really 52-09-07 Meek Die Slowly (with Arnold Moss). Since 45-04-03 is not known to exist, and the next week's show is announced on the show to be about a newlywed couple, and the 52-09-14 episode is Till Death Do Us Part and the 45-04-10 episode is The Bog Oak Necklace, we can conclude this show is misdated. 450306 The Lost Refrain is really 52-07-27 Murder Prophet 451030 The Man Who Couldn't Die is really 52-07-13 Death For Sale

When I was very young I heard a show that started with a man driving during a storm listening to the radio. It was a news cast about a large cat that had escaped from the zoo. His car quit and during flashes of lightning he could see a house off the side of the road. He went into the house and the door closed behind him and locked. He spent the rest of the show going thru the house closing doors behind his self trying to evade the large cat that he could hear following him thru the house. I listended to this show in the dark with both parents gone. I got scared enough that I don't recall the end. I have searched for years trying to find that show. Do you recall hearing it. It would have occurred during the early to mid 1940 time frame. I would appreciated any help you can offer. Allen
