EARLY EFFORTS

(3.5 stars)

Amusing stories obviously written before London became so bitter and jaded. I had no problem with the reader.

story five rocks 👍👍👍 I'm in no wonder why Jack London was and is read and respected. I'll recommend this to my friends and family.. or describe it to them in relay if I may. grateful as always for librivox; readers and stories, every bit of organisation and time taken to give chance and choices to listen and absorb what I will to, freely Suz

A Few short stories by Jack London.

5 sailing stories including his 1st sold story written at 17 years old. You can tell they were. his beginning of his career.

Good stories, not the voice

(3 stars)

Liked the stories, the bravery. But it was hard to focus because of the voice. Narrator sounded sick.

terrible reader

Reader did well

Good

(4 stars)

Short and pleasant, this is an excellent choice if you want to listen to an audiobook for only a little bit of time. The stories bring out interesting details of "life back then" and the narrator speaks clearly with a nice voice.
