One of the most powerful books I’ve ever read. Everything that was written/said had so much truth in it. Made me realize my flaws and how to improve them in a healthy non self destructive manner. I recommend this for anyone struggling with depression, a lack of motivation. Or just looking for a positive mental boost.

This is definitely my favorite book. I first listened to it back in 2012 when I was 32. It changed my life. In 2013 I started my own business. I can't say weather I would or would not have started my business if I'd never experienced this book, but I can say with all certainty that it changed my perspective on just about everything. It is a pretty dry read, but I think that is the way the author meant for it to be. Being able to get from cover to cover is your first exercise in developing your concentration.

powerful and useful advice that you can immediately apply to everyday living and already feel a sense of change in one's habits. the narrator however, was a little monotonous, also uses unusual punctuations and breaks that doesn't allow for a consistent comprehensive flow. Besides this the book was a good listen

Enjoyed the information found in the book and found it rather enlightening. However, I didn’t always agree with the author’s delivery or framework of thinking. I found it very useful to cross reference other books while absorbing The Power of Concentration.

A Good Complement to Other Meditation Exercises.

The exercises for concentration and simple meditation were good enough to bookmark, and I will be listening to parts of this again. The reader speaks well and clearly presses through the material at a steady pace.

Great book with great insight

I love the reader, her clear reading and consistent pase. I am amazed by this book, it can easily live amongst mind management books that were written in the past 10 years.
