A Sweet Little Story

It had much more dialogue than I expected in a short piece, and for George MacDonald was barely didactic at all. I loved when he commented that, though Mr. Greatorex despised the kind of book his wife read, he should have taken interest in them as an 'entrance to the sealed chamber' of her mind and soul. MacDonald is always so insightful in the little things. The reader was fine.

Excellent story the reading was a little stilted
